Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping & handling fees, for orders shipped to: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA and WI.
For purchases made in Canada, we collect duty and GST where applicable.
For purchases made elsewhere including in Japan, any duties and taxes incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

Shipping and Handling Charges
Will be calculated at check out and can vary depending upon the shipping method you chose and if you live in or out of the US.

Order Verification
Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping.
We are not responsible for typographical errors on the website.

Shipping Procedure
Shortly after you submit your order you should receive an order confirmation message immediately on the website and shortly thereafter to the email address you submitted. Once your package is shipped from our warehouse we will send you an email including UPS tracking information. We ship Monday through Friday, only. UPS standard shipping is usually delivered in 5 to 7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for additional fees. Our standard shipping is not available to deliver to APO addresses or PO boxes, so if that is your only option, please contact us by email, phone or fax and we will see what we can do to get you your order.

Shipping Address
We can ship your order to the same address as your billing address or to another address. Shipping addresses can be selected on the "shipping address" page during checkout. One advantage of creating an account on lunnaworld is you can select an address from your account; just sign in to your account before proceeding to checkout.

Gifts
If you are sending a gift, you can add a personal message to the packing slip at no extra charge and include a gift receipt too (we will remove the prices). All of this can be done during the checkout process.

International Orders
Lunna World makes every attempt to accept orders from all countries throughout the World, however there may be local requirements that interfere with orders placed from certain countries. If you reside outside of the United States or Canada please contact Lunna World by email, phone or fax to secure assistence in placing your order.
